FSC eCRM Siebel Implementation
Client:
Fujitsu Siemens Computers (FSC), a leading European IT company, was formed through a joint venture between
Fujitsu Computers (Europe) Limited and Siemens Computer Systems, and commenced operations on 1st October 1999.
The company provides the world's most complete portfolio of best-in-class IT products including notebooks, PC
and workstations, Intel- and UNIX-based Servers, mainframes and Enterprise storage solutions. FSC has European
manufacturing facilities, companies in 25 European countries, and more than 7,200 employees.
Project:
The FSC CRM project will deliver a Siebel application, which will be used by the Marketing, Sales,
and Service departments across FSC Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Understand designs for the new functional areas, i.e. catalog and access groups
- Complete development tasks while working closely with the functional lead, config lead and other Siebel Tools developers
- Thoroughly component test assigned areas
General responsibilities included:
- Quickly learn Siebel Tools and configuring Siebel
- Openly communicate with all team members, especially the development team
- Follow agreed upon standards while using Siebel Tools
- Raise issues to team lead, design lead
